Since the beginning of 2023, I have been part of the Physiotherapy Waidfuss in Zurich<\/strong><\/a>. I completed my training at the University Hospital Giessen\/Marburg in Germany and then gained important experience at the outpatient rehabilitation center in Marburg. Since I was recognized by the Swiss Red Cross (SRC) in 2023, I have also been allowed to work as a physiotherapist here in Switzerland.<\/div>\n
In my work to date, I have specialized primarily in pre- and post-surgery treatment and conservative therapies. My aim is to find the best and most effective therapy for each individual patient in order to achieve their personal health goals. I attach great importance to a combination of passive measures and active support in order to achieve long-term improvement.<\/div>\n
I am also happy to support pregnant women to help them achieve greater well-being and health during pregnancy with targeted sporting activities.<\/div>\n
In my free time, I am active in sports myself, especially in the mountains, which I have been passionate about exploring since moving to Switzerland. I was originally involved in athletics, but the diverse Swiss mountain landscape has sparked my interest in outdoor sports.<\/div>\n
