dilates the vessels and locally increases the metabolism. Therefore, patients with rheumatic complaints and tension benefit from various heat treatments.

How does a heat application work?

Our therapists have well-tempered mud packs ready for you, which are applied to the affected area of your body for about 20 minutes. Fango has an analgesic effect, promotes circulation and stimulates the metabolism.

We also offer targeted application via so-called hot rollers, as developed by Sebastian Kneipp. In addition to the relaxing effect of heat, they simultaneously provide an effect of increased blood circulation. Complementary to a Physiotherapy treatment this is effective.

Heat applications stimulate blood circulation, which ensures that the muscles function properly by providing them with more oxygen and nutrients

When applied to a specific area of the body, it naturally increases the amount of blood your heart pumps to that region, making it a very popular form of injury prevention and rehabilitation.

The therapy is excellent for reducing pain and relieving tension in muscle groups.
