Your appointment is reserved for you. If you are unable to attend, please let us know. at least 24 hours in advance By phone at 044 585 99 49, by email info@physio-waidfuss.ch or via the online booking system. This way we can pass on the appointment to patients on our waiting list.

For cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment or for no-show, we charge a Cancellation fee of CHF 70 for appointments covered by health or accident insurance and CHF 85 for private appointments. This fee may not be billed to the health insurance or accident insurance company by law and will be charged directly to you.

In justified exceptional cases (e.g. emergency, acute illness, accident), we waive the fee.

In case of a delay, the treatment time is shortened accordingly, so that subsequent appointments can take place on time.

3. Billing and payment

We usually bill the medically prescribed physiotherapy directly to your health or accident insurance (Tiers payant); in individual cases, billing can also be done through you. Your health insurance company will bill you for the franchise and deductible fees.

Any services that your insurance does not cover are your responsibility. If it is unclear whether a treatment is covered (e.g., medical training therapy or many series), we recommend that you obtain a cost estimate in advance. We are happy to assist you in this.

Private services and default fees must be paid within 30 days, either in person with a card or with TWINT. In case of late payment, we charge CHF 10 for the 2nd reminder and CHF 20 for the 3rd reminder. After that, we can hand over the debt to a collection agency.

Please check the invoice copies from your insurance company and report any discrepancies to us. We will of course correct any errors that we find.

4. Data protection and patient records

We process your data in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act and are subject to professional secrecy obligations. We only disclose data to the extent necessary for treatment and billing purposes: to referring physicians, your insurance provider or its trusted physicians, and to our software provider for agenda and billing purposes.

We keep and archive the patient records in accordance with legal requirements. You have the right to view and obtain a copy at any time. Details can be found in our Privacy policy.

5. Final provisions

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, unless the law provides for another mandatory place of jurisdiction.

We will inform you of any changes to these terms and conditions before they come into effect. For ongoing treatment series, the version you accepted at the start applies. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.
