Physiotherapy Unterstrass: From Schaffhauserplatz, from Bucheggplatz or Milchbuck, the Physiotherapy Waidfuss is closer than many people think. Our practice is located at Hönggerstrasse 118 in Wipkingen, Located just behind Rosengartenstrasse, which connects Unterstrass and Wipkingen. From the Bucheggplatz, it is a two-bus stop away, about ten minutes by bike.
Directions from Unterstrass
By bus and tram: From the Bucheggplatz, buses 32 and 72 head down Rosengartenstrasse to Wipkingerplatz; from there it is a two-station journey by tram 50 (it replaces line 13 until December 2026 due to track construction work at Bahnhofquai; after that, tram 13 will resume service); or a five-minute walk. Currently, tram 50 also stops directly at Bucheggplatz and takes you directly to the Waidfussweg stop without changing trains.
From Schaffhauserplatz or Milchbuck: Take the bus to Bucheggplatz and continue as above, or take the tram to Stampfenbachplatz and get on tram 50 in that direction towards Frankental.
By bike or on foot: Take Rötelstrasse and Rosengartenstrasse to Wipkingerplatz, then Hönggerstrasse in an outward direction. From the Bucheggplatz it is about 1.5 kilometers.
By car: Rosengartenstrasse to Wipkingerplatz, right into Hönggerstrasse, then right after 500 meters. Two parking spaces directly in front of the practice.

Unterstrass is located between the University of Zurich, ETH and the offices around Milchbuck. Costs and regulation
We will process a medical prescription directly with your health insurance company (basic insurance, minus the franchise and deductible). Do I need a special prescription for Dry Needling?
No, a normal physiotherapy prescription is sufficient. Dry needling is part of the physiotherapeutic treatment.
